Katarina has been a certified pilates instructor for over 3 years. Katarina has a Platinum Reformer Pilates Certification from Studio Pilates International and has been instructing at the Brooklyn studio for 3 years. Katarina offers classes in-studio and online.

After realizing how beneficial the addition of pilates was, Katarina decided to further her understanding and become a certified instructor. Pilates is a great way to strengthen and stretch the deep muscles that support all types of movements. The focus on deep core muscles allows for an improved stabilization of the spine, better posture, and stronger balance. The attentiveness to breath facilitates increased lung capacity and circulation, as well as stress management and relaxation. In-Studio

Visit Katarina at Studio Pilates South Slope. Katarina teaches regularly at Studio Pilates, where classes have a fast pace, client focused and community friendly environment.

Online

Katarina offers conditioning with a mat-pilates focus via Zoom. Katarina can tailor classes to the clients needs and how many individuals are in the class.

In-person

Katarina has experience working with group classes and private lessons. Katarina is interested in working with NYC based individuals who are excited to move, all levels welcome!
